In the Living Memory of Dušan Vulović: A Legacy We Live Every Day
None of this would exist without Dušan Vulović, our friend, fearless guide, the one who started it all. Dušan dreamed of a Serbia where no good idea stays small, where collective energy turns the impossible into reality. He’d map out plans over coffee at dawn, fill rooms with his crisp laughter that echoed three floors up and down, mentor the next generation, and live his belief that true change springs from projects run by real friends. It was an adventure where we set our sails toward that golden fleece, bringing prosperity to all. Though he’s gone too soon, his warmth lives in every call we take, every gathering we host, every voice we amplify. We’re not just keeping his vision alive. We’re breathing it, side by side, with the same unquenchable fire he gave us.
What we do?
We want to open space for the realization of socially important ideas, to facilitate access to material and immaterial goods that individuals or groups need to realize healthy and good ideas.
We want to constantly and persistently raise awareness without compromise about the individual and group importance of caring for the environment and the working environment and their general wellbeing, as well as to give recommendations and solutions, inspire and encourage more responsible behavior and treatment of the environment.
We want to support all individuals, groups, and organizations with projects and ideas that include the fight for equality, respect and implementation of human rights, improvement of the position of marginalized, poorly visible, and minority groups, but even more concretely, to work on new, better solutions, changing awareness, and changing laws.
How we do it?
Through education, mentoring, training, consulting, research activities, development of solution proposals, and creation of public policies. We engage experts and consultants through project activities in areas relevant for project implementation, with the support of a wide network of collaborators in the form of individuals or organizations.

Our Principles
Support is important
Loud Crowd supports individuals and groups with important ideas, initiatives, and projects that have potential for development and are created for the common good, but are not visible enough or do not know how to reach their goals.
We provide support through education, training, and mentoring to improve and empower potential, strengthen capacities, and achieve intellectual (conceptual) and material independence of the projects themselves, formal and informal teams, and individuals.
Awareness that we are all part of the community opens space for action. We want to generate and strengthen the minimum contribution that each individual can provide for a better society. Through voluntary inclusion and participation of each of us (individually or within initiatives) in creating, affirming, and realizing topics extremely important for society, we can hope for such a society.
Whether you are interested in environmental protection, respect for human rights, or better position of marginalized groups, we are here for your ideas.
Community is a pillar
We are not alone. In realizing our goals and ideas, we gather experienced and reputable experts and activists from numerous fields with whom together, for the needs of your ideas and projects, we develop strategies, exchange experiences and knowledge, propose solutions, map tactics, and also create public policies in research and educational processes, so that together we can achieve modernization and improvement of social, economic, ecological, and political atmosphere in the country and region, with the implementation of human rights principles in all segments of activity.
This facilitates public access to topics of common interest, voluntary inclusion of the public (from specific – expert or specialized, to the broadest public), whose support and contribution in creating, affirming, and realizing topics extremely important to society, work on improving conditions for a better and higher-quality life, both in local communities and in the region and beyond.
Voice is power
We must raise our voice. It gives us strength. More voices, greater strength. How do we do it? With knowledge, experience, and passion, every idea of concrete benefit to society we want to make visible, relevant, and applicable. Because it is not only yours, it is important for all of us. As such, it should also be perceived by the wider public.
We do this by developing fundamental and clearly directed communication strategies and solutions. We raise visibility, work on capacity building, promotion, and better communication of ideas, initiatives, and projects themselves. Through production of contemporary communication forms in electronic and new media, as well as publishing activities in the field of modern methods and trends of encouraging and supporting socially significant projects, we go a step further towards educating the public, individuals, and groups.
So that finally we speak a language everyone understands. And that everyone hears us.
We Connect!
Since our founding, we establish partnerships with organizations and entities with whom we share interests and goals and whom we support in finding the best solutions and realizing beneficial ideas through knowledge, experience, and goodwill. We make great changes together.
Loud Crowd Team
Ignite Change with Loud Crowd: Where Good Ideas Find Their Voice
At Loud Crowd Association, we believe real change happens when people come together. Our mission is simple: help socially important ideas grow strong through clear strategies, smart public policy, genuine connections with communities, hands-on learning, personal mentoring, and communication that truly connects. From our Dobri Dabar platform linking dreamers to supporters, we turn quiet hopes into shared successes. These are ideas that protect our planet, spark creativity, and build stronger communities. We’re here for the work that lifts everyone up, because the best stories are the ones we tell together.
We work by listening first, deeply, to all kinds of voices, and letting those real stories shape everything we do. No fancy formulas. Just honest conversations, workshops where everyone belongs, and ways to keep building trust over time. We’ve seen it work: everyday people funding green projects, neighbors mentoring startups, communities speaking up on issues that matter. It’s proven in the friendships we’ve built, the changes we’ve sparked across Serbia, and the networks that keep growing stronger.
